There will be a test of the winter demand response program tomorrow, Wednesday, December 15, from 7:00-9:00 am for all loads that participate in our off-peak program. All off-peak loads will be shed by 7:00 am with restores beginning shortly after 9:00 am. This test is to ensure the system is operating properly before we get to the heart of the winter heating season!
