North Star has been monitoring recent events associated with COVID-19 (Coronavirus), and we have begun taking extra precautions to keep our members and employees healthy and safe. As a provider of critical power infrastructure, we need to be able to keep the lights on.

Our public lobbies in Baudette and Littlefork will be closed beginning today, March 16, 2020, until further notice. We will still be working, but we will just be working DIFFERENTLY.

We will maintain our regular business hours by phone (Baudette at 634-2202 and Littlefork at 278-6658) to help with questions as usual. For those of you who typically make your payments in person, please utilize the drop boxes located at both of our offices. Please call us or email us (nsec@wiktel.com) with questions, and remember to utilize our website for information, such as rebate forms.
