Thanks to all who completed the MPCA (Minnesota Pollution Control Agency) “Dotmocracy” survey, which we recently included with your electric bill and in your Enlightener issue. This survey tells the MPCA what is important to our members as they consider the options in developing their plan to comply with the EPA’s Clean Power Plan. We offered a $100 bill credit drawing to those members who returned this survey to us, and we will pass those surveys on to the MPCA.
